Piaget is likely most famous for its gold Polo watches in the 1980s. Polo watches have been reissued in the recent past and continue to find a home in the collections of the most discerning collectors. Piaget prides itself in pairing the most exquisite diamonds and the precious metal to create pure masterpieces. Among it's more prolific achievements, Piaget created in 1956 the slimmest mechanical movement then available as well as one of the first quartz driven motors in the 1970s.

Most importantly, Piaget has given rise to F. P. Journe, arguably one of the most talented watchmakers of this generation.
