Texas Watch and Gold was founded by James Crawford in 1997 and the organization’s major business activity is buying and selling fine pre-owned Swiss watches. James began the business using eBay as the organization’s primary sales channel. In 2007 the business acquired an office suite at 6222 Richmond Avenue, Suite 720, Houston, Texas, 77057, and in addition to viewing our product offering online, customers may make an appointment to view our merchandise at our office. 

Texas Watch and Gold carries an excellent selection of pre owned Rolex, Patek Philippe, Breitling, Panerai, Cartier, and other fine Swiss watches.  All pre owned Swiss watches that we offer are available for inspection and immediate shipping from our Houston Texas showroom.  Our fine selection of pre owned watches can be viewed on our Web site or by appointment at our Houston Texas showroom.

Texas Watch and Gold’s management team believes in value given for value received, and customer satisfaction is important to us. Consistent with the philosophy of value given for value received, we price our offerings competitively, we grade our products conservatively, and we guarantee the authenticity of all watches we offer for sale.  We offer the following to our customers. 

·         Timely Delivery – we have in stock what we offer for sale and we accept major credit cards for payment in addition to wire transfers and PayPal payments. Items purchased are usually shipped the same day a credit card transaction is approved or a wire transfer is received.  If payments are received too late for same day shipping, the merchandise purchased is shipped the next business day. 

·         Customer-Convenient Payment Options – we accept major credit cards and will process them over the phone. In addition, we accept PayPal transactions and wire transfers. Customers may select the payment method most convenient for them. 

·         Competitive Pricing – our prices are competitive and reflect our foundation policy of value given for value received.

Return Policy 

To ensure your satisfaction with your purchase, we offer a limited, no-questions-asked return policy.  

If the watch you purchased was designated pre-owned, you may return it within three (3) business days from receipt and your full purchase price will be refunded. The watch must be returned in the same condition it was in when sold, and the return must include any box and papers that accompanied the purchase.  

If the watch you purchased was designated unworn in box you may return it within three (3) business days from receipt for a refund equal to 80% of your purchase price. The watch must be returned in the same condition it was in when sold including intact holograms, and the return must include any box and papers that accompanied the purchase.  

If the watch you purchased was designated special order you are required to provide us with a non-refundable down payment equal to 20% of the purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within three (3) business days from receipt for a refund equal to 80% of your purchase price (purchase price less 20% non-refundable down payment). The watch must be returned in the same condition it was in when sold, and the return must include any box and papers that accompanied the purchase.

Warranty 

Texas Watch and Gold warrants all pre-owned time pieces against mechanical failure for two (2) years from the date of invoice. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, broken or cracked crystals, battery replacement or problems caused by defective batteries, bands, watches damage by water because of improperly tightened crowns or cracked crystals, watches damaged by unauthorized technicians, watches damaged by the addition of after-market parts, and watches damaged because of abuse or neglect.  

This warranty is not transferable, and all warranty repairs must be made in our Houston, Texas office. Please contact us at 713-266-8662 before sending us your watch for repair work. 

We are not authorized dealers for any of the brands we carry including Rolex and its subsidiary, Rolex, USA, or any of the other brands that are offered here on this site.
